The Kazanluk tomb is located in "Tulbeto" park in the center of Kazanluk. It's dated as a Thracian burial tomb from IV-III BC and today it has a special regime of safe-keeping. There is an exact copy of the tomb, built in 1:1 scale, which shows the architecture, the archeological materials and murals of the original. The murals make it one of the most exquisite monuments from Thracians. The tomb was listed as a UNESCO world heritage sight in 1979. It was found by mistake in 1944, but it proved to be one of the most interesting monuments from the early Hellenistic period.
